We are seeking a highly experienced infrastructure leader to drive excellence across our network and datacenter operations. Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure to lead the design, modernization, and operational management of our enterprise infrastructure. This role encompasses ownership of network, datacenter, and virtualization environments , ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in VMware-based virtualization, datacenter refresh initiatives , and managing medium-to-large enterprise environments (1000+ servers) . Manage and optimize enterprise environments supporting 1000+ servers. Experience in virtualization technologies - preferably VMware (we currently use VMware, Promox and Openstack, but things may change later). Knowledge of enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs). -> This is a hybrid role based in Massachusetts , requiring a minimum of three days per week on site . - - -
