You will be the critical bridge between the Global Business Line (BL) and the China market, responsible for the successful localization of cutting-edge DO&AOS solutions. You will be deeply involved in the product lifecycle-from market requirement analysis, localization design, and pricing strategy to regulatory registration and post-launch portfolio optimization. You need to deeply understand clinical needs and technology trends while possessing strong business acumen to drive growth by building competitive product solutions and business cases. You are responsible for Product Marketing Design product offerings and corresponding pricing strategies Define customer segmentation and value proposition Educate both internal and external stakeholders on Varian DO&AOS portfolio Collect needs and propose product optimization plan Generate demands in new and existing markets to maximize sales Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help to move prospects and customers through the sales cycle Assist Sales and Pre-Sales to provide deeper dives into the Varian DO&AOS portfolio Conduct in-depth market and financial analysis for new product introductions, major enhancements, or new market opportunities. Write and submit compelling business cases to provide key rationale for management investment decisions Analyze market feedback and competitive landscape for standalone products, proposing and driving feature enhancements and improvements. Commercial Development Collaborate with different teams to create and maintain selling process of DO&AOS products. Work with Operation and Sales teams, do the monthly review and business analysis Manage quotation and other tender supports Market Communication Drive marketing programs that articulate the values of Varian DO&AOS products, e.g., co-branding, events, product videos, website copy, blog posts, KOLs management, show site building etc. Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of DO&AOS You are a part of Varian DO&AOS business team, you would base in Beijing or Shanghai and report to Business Marketing Head, developing marketing plan to grow DO&AOS business in Greater China. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategic marketing within the high-tech medical industry (Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, Digital Health Solutions, Radiation therapy). Familiar with clinical techniques and application software of Radiation Therapy, such as Oncology Information System, Cloud solution, Virtualization software, and Healthcare information software etc. Proven record of successful product launches and management. Proven record of commercial development and maintenance. Collaborative mindset to work with cross-section contact parts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal skills and capability to sell ideas well through. presentations.
