Sports Coach / Training Instructor

We work with schools, corporations, community groups, and sports organizations to deliver quality training programmes and sporting experiences. As we expand our sports programmes, we are looking for passionate and energetic coaches to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and safe training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Deliver coaching programmes for beginners to intermediate participants.
• Plan and execute training activities according to programme objectives.
• Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment.
• Uphold safety standards during all training sessions.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with participants, schools, corporate clients, and partners.
• Assist in sports events, tournaments, workshops, and community programmes when required.

Requirements

• Coaching experience in Bowling, Pickleball, Golf, Tennis, or Boccia.
• Relevant coaching certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sports development and teaching.
• Positive attitude and ability to engage participants of all ages.
• Comfortable working weekends and evenings when programmes require.
• Fresh coaches with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
