Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
Primary responsibilities are to support customer onboarding to new tools to automate customer entitlement and invoicing. This individual will primarily work as a part of cross-functional team on an innovative new solution to address revenue leakage.
Responsibilities include:
Identify customers that meet onboarding criteria
Groom customer, site, installed base, entitlement and related data to prepare for tool onboarding & investigate anomalies
Work with cross-functional teams to prepare pricing maps and categorize & validate pricing data
Perform admin and setup tasks within the target tools
Develop and maintain working relationships with cross-functional team members, vendors and customers.
Ad hoc data analysis, automation and related assignments
