Position Summary and Qualifications:
Responsibilities include working under the direction of the Department Chair and along side other members of the faculty team to deliver educational experiences in various learning environments.
Essential Duties :
Facilitate activities in a variety of different learning environments using pedagogical approaches including lectures, small group discussions, patient or healthcare professional role play, simulations and patient care discussion
Evaluate student performance and learning when applicable consistent with course requirements
Prepare and deliver class sessions to Doctor of Pharmacy and other health professional learners
Complete responsibilities of course team leaders, if applicable, including the above in addition to developing and managing syllabus materials, coordinating course needs with departmental chair, submitting grades in a timely manner per university policy, and reporting student learning outcomes
Perform other related duties as assigned by either the Chair or faculty course coordinator/team leader
Secondary Responsibilities:
Interacting with other members of the instructional team.
