Strategic HR Partnership Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives. Provide advisory on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with OCBC's business goals and culture. 2. Talent Management & Development Lead talent review processes and succession planning. Identify high-potential employees and work with leaders to build strong talent pipelines. Support learning and development initiatives to build future-ready capabilities. 3. Employee Engagement & Culture Promote a high-performance and inclusive culture aligned with OCBC values. Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze survey results to implement action plans. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, fostering positive employee relations. 4. Performance Management Support and guide managers on performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews. Ensure fairness, consistency, and adherence to OCBC policies. Provide coaching to managers on performance issues and development planning. 5. HR Operations & Policy Advisory Provide guidance on HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices. Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Learning to deliver integrated HR solutions. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal governance requirements. 6. Change Management Support organizational change initiatives including restructuring, transformation, and digitalization projects. Manage communication and stakeholder engagement during change efforts. 7. Data & Analytics Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and support decision-making. Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and workforce trends. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
