- Expert-level knowledge of IP internetworking, LAN Switching Protocols (MLS, CEF, 802.1Q, STP, HSRP, LACP/PAGP), IP Routing (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), SRV6, QoS, and Multicast.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus 2000, 3000, 5000, 7000, 9000, and ACI solutions.
- Experience documenting technical issues in incident management systems and providing clear, written status updates to collaborators.
- Expert-level certification such as CCIE or equivalent industry credential.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., Python) to develop digital tools and improve efficiency.
- Experience working with Public Sector or high-security clients, with an understanding of their specific operational and compliance requirements.
- Strong collaborative approach with the ability to influence internal product organizations to improve serviceability.
- Bilingual proficiency in Canadian French and English is highly desired.
