You will leverage your deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges across multiple technologies and applications, driving significant business impact through your contributions. br> br> strong>Roles And Responsibilities br> br> /strong> ul> li>Provide technical leadership for a global team building blockchain/DLT applications and services /li> li>Design and develop scalable, secure services using Java Spring Boot, TypeScript/NestJS, ReactJS, Python. /li> li>Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, reliability, and performance /li> li>Own end-to-end delivery: requirements, architecture, implementation, CI/CD, deployment, and production support /li> li>Partner with platform teams to advance developer experience, toolchains, and cloud-hosted blockchain services /li> li>Collaborate closely with Front Office, Product, Operations, and Core Blockchain teams to imagine, experiment, and execute on transformative DLT use cases /li> li>Engage with industry groups and regulators as adoption grows; contribute to shaping the evolving industry and regulatory landscape /li> li>Coach and mentor engineers; grow the team s technical output, quality, and repeatability /li> li>Advocate for DLT across the firm and externally. Represent the team to senior leaders in CIB Markets. /li> li>Input into the wider technology innovation agenda including Generative AI, Agents and Quantum br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Required Qualifications br> br> /strong> ul> li>Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience /li> li>Significant hands-on software engineering experience, including Java Spring Boot and enterprise-grade systems /li> li>Experience building on public or permissioned blockchain platforms (e.g., Solana, Ethereum/EVM, Hyperledger, Polkadot, Cosmos, Avalanche, Canton) /li> li>Understanding of cryptographic protocols, smart contracts and key management /li> li>Proficiency with enterprise development toolchains: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing /li> li>Solid understanding of architecture and design across distributed, enterprise systems /li> li>Proven track record delivering complex software projects into production /li> li>Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups /li> li>Demonstrated coaching and mentoring capability; ability to elevate team engineering practices br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Preferred Qualifications br> br> /strong> ul> li>Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures /li> li>Exposure to front office or trade-processing environments within financial services /li> li>Experience with Python and broader web technologies br> br> /li> /ul> strong>ABOUT US br> br> /strong>JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
