About the role
As Brand Activations Manager, you will create impactful brand experiences that bring the Fabletics brand to life across Europe. From community workouts and retail events to creator experiences, brand partnerships, and trade shows, you will manage the execution innovative activation concepts that connect with our VIP members, influencers, media, wholesale partners, and broader fitness community. Embedded within the Brand Communications team, this role works closely with PR, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing teams and reports directly to the VP Brand Communications & Partnerships. The role also collaborates cross-functionally with our International business units and Wholesale teams to support activations with retail and strategic partners like Peek & Cloppenburg, KaDeWe, SportScheck, and others. This role is based in Berlin, but events and activations will take place across Europe and require regular travel. Since events can also happen during mornings, evenings, and weekends, flexibility is essential. Additional working hours are compensated with time off on other days.
