About the role
Barry University's Biology Department in the College Arts and Sciences is currently seeking an Adjunct Faculty with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biology or a closely related field to assist with teaching undergraduates working towards a Bachelor's degree in Biology and/ or Pre-health disciplines. Essential Functions Preparation of class materials to teach undergraduate students in the environment. Utilization of Canvas, Teams, and responding to e-mails in a timely manner Delivery of undergraduate-level lectures or labs in an in-person environment Assessment and grading of students enrolled in the lecture and lab course & submission of grades at the end of the semester. Qualifications/Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or a closely related field is required. Previous college-level teaching experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills.
