Responsibilities

  • Required qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience applying structured safety/risk concepts (hazard identification, risk assessment/mitigation, and corrective actions) in operational settings.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site (minimum 3 days/week) in Amsterdam or Madrid , with limited travel across Europe.
  • Strong stakeholder skills: able to influence and coach leaders and frontline personnel in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional/business context.
  • Preferred qualifications (nice to have)
  • Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) in aviation or safety-critical industries.
  • Experience in simulator/training centre operations (FSTD environment) and the risks typical to training delivery/operations.
  • Experience supporting audits, safety assurance activities, investigations, or structured corrective action planning.
  • Additional European language capability (helpful across multi-country EMEA operations).
