A proven hunter - you've built pipeline from cold outbound and enjoy doing it. Able to grasp complex science and explain it clearly to customers. Disciplined operator - you move deals forward and build trust in customer-facing settings. Hands-on across the full cycle - strategy, outreach, proposals, and follow-up. You bring structure and momentum to an ambiguous, early-stage commercial setup. Excellent English (spoken and written); German a plus. A front-row seat with pharma and biotech clients - and the chance to build our commercial engine from the ground up. A pivotal role in bringing a unique deep-tech platform to market.
