Seasonal RN - Whitefish Birth Center

Responsibilities

• This role offers the opportunity to provide care across labor and delivery, postpartum, and Level I nursery in a supportive, team-based environment.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in all areas of the birthing experience
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care
• Participate in a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and shared success

Requirements

• An experienced OB/Labor and Delivery nurse
• A calm, confident presence in high-stakes situations
• You value strong teamwork and communication skills
• Committed to patient-centered care and lifelong learning
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first.
• Two years experience in a similar unit is required.
• ALS(ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer
• NRP certification must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer
• EFM certification or EFM instructor status must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer.
• STABLE preferred.

• Shift:
• Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)
• Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts for 13-week assignment.
• Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
