Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns for HVAC and home-services clients across Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Display, Video, Remarketing)

  • Required Qualifications
  • Direct, hands-on experience running paid ads for HVAC or home-services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Google Ads for local lead generation (Search, PMAX, Remarketing)
  • Experience working in an Agency environment
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
  • Working knowledge of GA4, call tracking, and attribution fundamentals
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Non-negotiable: Prior professional remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience supporting US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
  • This role is specifically for candidates with HVAC or home-services paid media experience. Generic SaaS or ecommerce backgrounds are not sufficient.
