- Experience working in an Agency environment
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Working knowledge of GA4, call tracking, and attribution fundamentals
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
- Non-negotiable: Prior professional remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience supporting US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
