Due to an upcoming leave, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our vibrant and diverse team! Under the direct guidance of the Manager of Employee and Labour Relations, you will be an essential ally in shaping a culture of inclusion and belonging, while supporting a diverse set of clients in a fast-paced acute care environment. As the HRBP, your strategic insights will be invaluable as you empower managers with expert guidance on policies and procedures, and address employee concerns with empathy and professionalism. You'll leverage your extensive knowledge in Human Resources and Labour Relations to navigate complex challenges, acting as a trusted resource and advocate within our organization. With the recent launch of our new HR system (Workday), we're seeking innovative and critical thinkers who are ready to help us elevate our HR business partnerships to new heights.
