Fix, enhance, and optimize automation application features and systems to support business requirements and operational goals.
Gather, analyze, and document end-user requirements to define intended system functionality and performance expectations.
Transfer knowledge and expertise of industrial automation solutions across the organization through coaching, documentation, and collaboration.
Apply structured problem-solving and process management approaches to reduce downtime, remove bottlenecks, and improve throughput.
Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to support delivery quality, timelines, and ongoing solution performance (vendor interaction as applicable).
Required Skill
Industrial Automation / Automatic Control: Working knowledge supporting design/implementation/maintenance of automated production systems and control processes.
Problem Solving: Ability to organize problem-resolution efforts, evaluate alternatives, and deliver successful solutions for critical issues.
Planning & Organizing: Ability to prioritize conflicting work, track execution, and manage changes to deliver outcomes.
Data Gathering & Analysis: Working knowledge collecting and synthesizing data from stakeholders/sources to reach objective conclusions.
Process Management: Working knowledge using process flows/workflow diagrams and identifying bottlenecks and decision impacts.
Accuracy & Attention to Detail: High-precision execution with effective cross-checking and quality assurance discipline.
Background partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, engineering, IT/support teams) to translate requirements into solutions.
Experience documenting standards, creating training materials, and enabling adoption through knowledge transfer.
Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
