Manage and administer the BMC Helix SaaS instance, including integrations and surrounding applications.
Monitor system performance and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
Configure and customize BMC Helix to align with evolving business requirements and deliver measurable value.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established procedures and best practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of experience in systems administration, IT service management, or related technical roles.
Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix and/or Remedy ITSM platforms.
Proven experience supporting and configuring BMC Helix platforms, including DWP Catalog, Helix Business Workflows, Innovation Suite, Developer Studio, CMDB, ITSM, Helix Dashboards, and Spoon client.
Ability to manage enterprise applications with minimal supervision and deliver reliable solutions.
Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, technical environments.
Requirements
Relevant certifications in BMC Helix, ITIL, or related IT service management frameworks.
Experience supporting global IT operations and infrastructure.
Familiarity with SaaS administration, system integrations, and automation tools.
This position will be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office , subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
