Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets within the assigned region or customer portfolio.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key marine customers, including shipowners, operators, technical managers, and charterers.
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long‑term customers through proactive engagement and value‑based selling.
Assist with commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, tenders, and long‑term supply agreements.
Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and pricing trends to protect margins and maintain competitiveness.
Job Requirements :
1 - 2 years experience in sales or commercial roles within marine lubricants, marine fuels, shipping, or related maritime industries is preferred but not essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field preferred but not essential.
Fluent in English

Ability to operate under pressure and manage complex customer situations.

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements :
Based in Greece, working from the Gylfada office 3 days a week and remote for 2 days.
