Responsibilities

  • Employee Support & Guidance:
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding travel-related questions, booking processes, and travel tools.
  • Support travel arrangements, expense reimbursement processes, and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth travel operations.
  • Project & Process Support:
  • Support the delivery of projects and initiatives related to mobility, employee experience, rewards, organizational effectiveness, and process improvement.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and administrative processes.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Transformation, Organization & Rewards team, including document management, reporting, meeting coordination, presentations, and data maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing reports, monitoring travel activities, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Previous 1 to 2 years of experience in administration, operations, HR, travel coordination, or a similar support role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with travel or HR systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solution oriented.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong customer focus, and the confidence to contribute new ideas and continuous improvements.
