- Revenue Operations & Process Optimization
- Lead the global revenue operations function - including CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting accuracy, pipeline governance, compensation design and process optimisation.
- Continuously refine and optimise commercial processes to improve efficiency, scalability and predictability of revenue performance.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure integrity of forecasting, territory design, quote‑to‑cash flows and overall commercial performance metrics.
