Responsibilities
- Administer the AEP Corporate Credit Card program, including cardholder support, account maintenance, transaction issues, and service continuity.
- Manage relationships with banking partners and the card network to improve program service, controls, and performance.

- Develop and implement recommendations that improve program operations, reporting, controls, and stakeholder support.
- Lead project activities and facilitate meetings with clear objectives, action items, and accountability.
- Prepare clear reports, presentations, training materials, and leadership updates related to program performance and initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and partner with Legal, Risk Management, Audit Services, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure program compliance.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in program management, finance, supply chain, or related field; Experience in utility, manufacturing, or construction industries preferred.
