Assist with the assets performance and the operating management.
Prepare and complete and review annual business plans and asset management initiatives.
Implement the agreed asset management initiatives, capex programme, and renewal/lease up targets.
Negotiate and execute lease transactions.
Assist in making value add business cases profitable.
Coordinate and support research in all areas of real estate
Instruct, coordinate and supervise external professional teams (property and facility management, lawyers, brokers etc)
Prepare periodic reporting to investors, analysis and explanation of variances.
Assist in data collection of quarterly/annual property valuation process and review them.
Experience in ESG related operational topics
Portfolio Management / Analytics:
Provide forecasting and analytical capabilities at the asset, portfolio and fund level for the Funds
Support the fund and portfolio manager through providing analysis of strategic and tactical property portfolio and fund level investment and management decisions
Assist the local portfolio manager in the underwriting of new investment opportunities or potential dispositions.
Present to Board and Investment committee.
Provide quarterly investment reporting accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Bachelors or Master's degree.
High proficiency in English and German
Financial, analytical, and modelling skills (experienced user of Excel).
3-5 years' experience in real estate asset management. Experience in logistics sector preferred.
Knowledge and experience in PE/value add environment preferred.
Knowledge and experience of local law concerning general real estate matters.
Understanding of tenant mix, performance, and operations.
Demonstrable interest in ESG investing in Real Estate and its application
Experience of Argus AE software desirable.
