- Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, student affairs, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage events and student programs
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including high emotional intelligence and ability to navigate conflict
- General knowledge and understanding of higher education organization, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and interdisciplinary stakeholders
- Knowledge of student wellbeing issues, particularly within high-intensity academic environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities under time constraints

- Pay Range:
- The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
- $47,586.00 - $87,558.13
- Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
