Learn more at www. hbfuller.com . - Execute and adhere to all EHS requirements as well as maintain a safe work environment; follow internal safety rules and procedures including wearing proper PPE as appropriate. - Participate in general housekeeping of immediate work area(s) and plant. - Ensure that all test results and related data are recorded, saved and reported accurately in all Quality records, drives and portals. - Perform quality testing on Work in Progress, Finished Goods and Engineering Trial products according to the facility QC Lab Inspection Plan, as well as, reporting the test results in an accurate and timely manner to Production. - Verify validity of all QC test results and entering those results into SAP. - Evaluate, report and tag Non-Conforming and Engineering Trial product according to facility Non-Conforming procedure. - (As necessary) Test expired Finished Goods according to the facility QC Lab Inspection Plan and provide results to the Quality Supervisor and Process/Quality Engineer to help determine next step status (Shelf Life extension or Scrap). - Inspect and test Customer returned product and, report results to the Quality Supervisor and Process/Quality Engineer within 24 hours of receipt to aid in completion of Corrective Action reports. - Maintain critical lab test equipment (calibration and cleaning) and laboratory inventory supplies to support uninterrupted QC lab support. - Generate Customer COA's via SAP and submit into Customer portals. - Properly store and maintain Retain inventory for Finished Goods per the QC test sample retention process. - Communicate all shift notes with Lab personnel via email; report all critical issues concerning Quality, test equipment, schedule changes (PTO or call off) and assignments to Quality Manager. - Communicate any Product Quality concerns to Production. - All other tasks assigned by Quality Supervisor or Process/Quality Engineer. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $21 per hour. In addition to your salary, H.B.
