Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects
Define project scope and proactively identify and mitigate risks across the facility
Deliver results aligned with business objectives and performance goals
Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of production processes and equipment
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company safety and quality standards
Manage process specifications and collaborate with external partners, including engineering service providers and equipment vendors
Participate in ISO initiatives and lead center-lining and continuous improvement efforts
Support cross-functional teamwork and drive operational progress
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Process Engineering or a related scientific/engineering discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading capital projects in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Experience working with global teams is a plus
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed to support operations and technology development
