Weekly Work Hours 40 Compensation Range H30 Hourly Rate $23.78 Hourly FLSA United States of America (Non-Exempt) Position Type Staff Job Summary An internship is offered by Dallas College to afford individuals the opportunity to gain practical work experience/knowledge in a field of interest related to the degree being obtained. Individuals can shadow and receive training experiences from knowledgeable professionals. Th is position is funded by external grant resources. Employment is contingent upon the availability of funding and program needs. Continued employment is not guaranteed and may be impacted if funding is reduced, modified, or discontinued Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to follow guidelines, procedures, policies and protocols. Must be able to work independently and/or in a team environment, in a professional manner, while achieving common goals. Ability to follow directions. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Work hours will be between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday as scheduled by the supervisor.
