You will have the opportunity to: Work collaboratively with residents and their families to provide personal care Provide quality, timely and effective care that reflects the unique needs of each resident and in accordance with resident care plans Encourage the wellbeing and independence of residents by supporting them to engage in preferred activities and interests Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver positive outcomes for residents
