For more information visit: https://toandthrough.uchicago.edu/ Job Summary Reporting to the Executive Director of the To&Through Project, the Operations Coordinator provides essential logistical, administrative, and communications support for the To&Through Project, a research-practice partnership dedicated to improving equitable educational outcomes and experiences for Chicago Public Schools students. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role manages event coordination for both in-person and virtual convenings, maintains the project's web presence, and handles administrative processes including vendor management, expense tracking, and scheduling. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, resourceful professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is energized by the operational details that keep a small team running smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work at the intersection of data, equity, and education while refining their skills across operations, communications, and program coordination. This is a grant funded position. The primary grant expiration date is 06/30/2028. If the grant is not renewed or a replacement funding source is not identified, the position may end upon grant expiration.
