In this role you will responsible for the industrialization activities of the assigned area manufacturing processes. You will take full responsibility of the assigned hardware, developing the manufacturing plan and/or optimizing the existing one to achieve the required targets in terms of process feasibility and robustness, product quality, product cost and capacity sustainment. You will also analyze quality KPI for the improvement plan of the assigned Part. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Support concurrent engineering activities with the design engineers and/or with the customer Define tooling/router design effort between external suppliers and Avio Aero Manufacturing Engineering. Drive suppliers of tooling during all steps from the concept to the functional test and related validation. Manage design and process reviews, to monitor the status of industrialization/ improvement plan for the assigned part number. Support operating personnel during the production of the first batch. Manage the technical validation according with internal procedures Identify processes optimization to be implemented Support Customer Quality Engineering for the anomaly report submitted to Customer and sustain Customer review of the proposed improvement plan. Bring new ideas and positive support to the current process Develop and consolidate best practices and standards for manufacturing Qualifications/Requirements Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college or Bachelor Degree and few years of relevant work experience Previous experience in production/manufacturing domain Fluent Italian and English Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Effective problem identification and solution skills Proven analytical and organizational ability
