Responsibilities
- Plan and manage clinical projects, including timelines, milestones, and communication with stakeholders
- Coordinate study start-up activities and ensure all required documentation is in place
- Track project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to leadership, sponsors, and teams

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience in clinical research or clinical development, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
- Background in project coordination or management of clinical trials
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Financial awareness, including budgeting and forecasting basics
- Proficiency with standard business and project management tools (e.g. Excel, Project)
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a professional and positive approach
- Medical imaging experience is an advantage
