We are seeking an experienced engineering leader with a proven track record of building customer-facing AI agents to help us create the next-generation financial guidance experience for 10M+ SoFi members. This role is central to SoFi's mission of becoming the most trusted guide in helping members Get Their Money Right. As a Principal Engineer, you will define the architecture and technical strategy for our financial guidance agent and lead its implementation across multiple workstreams. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, data science, design, and business teams to build a scalable AI Agent that delivers personalized, trustworthy, and actionable financial guidance at scale.
