The Retainer Management team serves as a trusted point of contact for customers holding CrowdStrike retainer services, ensuring they are prepared, engaged, and deriving maximum value from their investment. As the team expands in both headcount and remit, this Manager will be the operational backbone of the function - owning people management, team processes, business operations, and program consistency.
