Business Analyst/QA - Financial Markets

We're looking for a hands-on Business Analyst/QA to drive impactful projects within a Portfolio Management System environment. Your Mission: You'll sit at the heart of the Front Office domain, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver high-quality solutions. Main Responsibilities: Gather, challenge, and refine business needs from banking stakeholders Translate requirements into clear functional specs, user stories, and use cases Lead workshops and collaborate with international teams Support development teams by clarifying functional topics and validating solutions Execute and contribute to test strategies (functional, regression, etc.) Ensure smooth deployments and post-go-live validations Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems Profile: Strong experience as a Business Analyst in banking IT environments Solid knowledge of wealth management, securities, and Forex Proven track record across the full project lifecycle Expertise in writing specifications, testing, and process modelling Hands-on with tools like SQL, Jira, Confluence Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments Proficiency in English ( Hybrid work , with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week) Are you the one?!
