Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses on cross-border routes between Singapore and Malaysia
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers and responding to their needs
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate trip records and documentation
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and route planning

Requirements

• Valid Class 4 Singapore driving license with a minimum of 3 years' experience in driving commercial vehicles
• Experience in cross-border bus operations and a good understanding of relevant traffic rules and regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good physical health and the stamina to operate buses for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends and public holidays
