JOB DESCRIPTION - Ensures the Safety of personnel through compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant legislations - Advises / Reports to the occupier of the workplace together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent any incident recurrence - Supports Project Management team to implement Project HSE Programs - Administers HSE Meetings and maintain HSE documentations - Maintains and implements Emergency Response Procedures for Project - Assesses and reviews PTW for the activities - Reviews Risk Assessments and Work Method Statements for Project high risk activities - Manages subcontractors to coordinate HSE Programs - Carries out daily site inspection to ensure workplace is safe to work - Conducts HSE Trainings and briefings when required - Carries out incident investigations and propose corrective actions to Project Management Team JOB REQUIREMENTS - Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marine or safety industry - Preferably possess WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health - The incumbent should be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented - Willing to work overtime and shift works according to project needs Work Location : Seatrium (SG) Pte.
