Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, community engagement, operations coordination, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in pest control, facilities management, property management, cleaning, or service industries is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and other languages are an added advantage.
