WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As a senior leader on the Jordan Brand Kids Footwear Development team, this role sits at the center of product creation. You'll lead a team of footwear product developers and partner daily with design, materials, product management, sourcing, planning, and operations. Reporting to the Senior Footwear Development Director for Jordan Kids and Core Footwear, you set the bar for cross‑functional excellence.

8+ years of footwear product development experience, including people leadership
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Proven expertise across lasts, uppers, materials, tooling, costing, testing, and manufacturing
Strong project leadership within a fast‑paced, matrixed global organization
Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon; travel up to 15% required
