Responsibilities

- Ensure delivered solutions achieve expected business value and prevent regression to manual processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES, SCADA, and PLC
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working closely with shop-floor operations
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Business Partnering, Product Ownership, or similar roles
- Strong experience in business relationship management, demand governance, and stakeholder alignment
- Proven ability in business analysis, requirement definition, and business case development
- Understanding of data, analytics, and AI applications in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of structured change management principles and industrial KPIs (e.g., OEE, scrap, ROI)
- Experience translating operational challenges into digital and IT requirements
- Experience driving adoption and value realization of digital solutions post-implementation
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across operational, technical, and leadership teams effectively
