COMPENSATION for this location:
Training Pay: $20.00 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)
After Training: Base pay $26,000 per year + commission on written sales
Commission: UNCAPPED commissions on written sales. 1 - 6% in commissions on monthly sales based on sales achievement vs goal - commission % increases as performance to goal increases. Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on achievement of store sales goals
