About the role
The EMEA monetize team works closely with game publishers and developers and helps them increase their revenue from advertising. Currently, 1/3 of Liftoff monetize revenue comes from EMEA publishers, which are managed by a team of 8 people split between London and Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
- Develop strong relationships with our key accounts in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) through slack, skype, and face-to-face interaction.
- Consistently evangelizes new products to benefit revenue growth.
- Take the initiative to foster new partnerships that represent potential growth outside our portfolio. Turn inquiries into revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Ops) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents.
- Finds opportunity to share learnings to positively impact business.
- Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant sales or customer success experience, managing a quota or quarterly revenue target.
- Experience in the tech industry-mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce or consulting are a strong plus.
- Experience with closing new partnerships / focusing on new business.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings-both local and international.
- An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in cross-team project management & problem solving.
- A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone.
