As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community standards, specifically for our Swedish-speaking audience. Key Responsibilities Moderate user-generated content in Swedish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies. Classify and evaluate content accurately based on established moderation rules. Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate or non-compliant content to relevant teams. Provide insights and feedback on content trends to improve moderation practices. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes and ensure high-quality outcomes. Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation. Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently. Strong communication skills to articulate moderation decisions clearly. Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally. Familiarity with digital platforms and content management tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
