It's time to make a move. Join our flow. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Centralized Contracts Manager to lead and centralize contract management activities across KSA. This role will drive efficiency, standardization, margin optimization, and risk management across the volume business, ensuring consistent and effective contract governance. What will you do? Contracts Strategy & Governance: Build and implement a centralized contracts framework across all regions. Standardize pricing structures and approval workflows. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Team Leadership: Manage and develop Contract Specialists. Define clear KPIs (turnaround time, price escalation & margin accuracy). Act as escalation point for complex deals. Commercial Support to Sales Partner with Account Managers. Support Service Sales team on contract structuring. Lead commercial evaluation for key tenders and large deals. Proposal Management : Ensure high-quality, competitive and compliant proposals. Reduce turnaround time for quotations. Financial & Risk Control: Protect margins through proper costing and contract terms. Identify contractual risks and mitigate them proactively. Coordinate with Finance and Legal when needed. Process Optimization: Introducing tools/templates for contract lifecycle management. Drive automation and reporting dashboards. Are you the one? Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or related field. 7-10 years in Contract management, sales or commercial roles. Experience in managing multi-location teams. Experience managing multi-location teams Strong exposure to KSA market Strong understanding of Contract law basics, Pricing models (service contracts, SLAs, AMC, etc.) and Risk assessment. Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong Experience with CRM / ERP systems.
