Where You Make An Impact: Ownership and continuous development of the pricing system landscape, including ERP pricing modules, pricing tools, and interfaces to adjacent systems Close coordination with IT on system enhancements, configuration changes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting of pricing-related system issues Identification and implementation of automation opportunities to reduce manual effort in pricing processes and reporting workflows Definition, alignment, and implementation of data requirements for pricing analyses, models, and strategic decision-making in close collaboration with IT and Data Management Support of pricing-related projects (e.g., system migrations, new tool implementations, process redesigns) from a technical and operational perspective in close cooperation with the Pricing Manager Projects Training and support of pricing team members in the effective use of relevant systems and tools Because You Matter: Flexibility & free time: Flexible working hours with a hybrid model requiring 60% office presence Attractive workplace: Modern office in a central location, excellent transport connections, and an on-site canteen. Diverse benefits: SZÉP card, Private health insurance after the 3 months probation Support & responsibility: Family services for every life situation, plus active promotion of sustainability and social engagement What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit: Successfully completed studies with a focus on business, analytics, or business informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in pricing operations, commercial operations, business analysis, or a data-driven role within a commercial environment Strong understanding of pricing processes and their implementation within system landscapes Advanced expertise in MS Excel and solid experience with at least one BI/reporting tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Proven experience in managing system interfaces and data flows between business applications Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented mindset and high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ready To Join Us?
