Key Exciting Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including 40 unique dials and emails daily, to generate a minimum of 4 to 8 qualified opportunities per month. Navigate target organizations through deep discovery to qualify cold leads and marketing-qualified leads, moving them strategically through the sales funnel. Partner with Account Executives to coordinate targeted account outreach in high-yield industry verticals and accelerate market development. Document all client interactions, set critical appointments, and accurately forecast pipeline progress within our Salesforce CRM. Manage inbound lead qualification by responding dynamically to incoming calls, emails, and live chats to create clear next steps for the sales team. Essential Skills & Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey commercial insight during high-volume daily phone conversations. Exceptional resilience, tenacity, and a positive attitude when handling rejection and pursuing new client opportunities. Proven ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced team environment. Foundational experience utilizing customer relationship management databases or marketing automation tools. Bonus Points For: Prior knowledge of the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry. Experience working with SaaS technologies, solution-selling methodologies, or sales engagement platforms like Outreach. Professional proficiency in speaking Spanish.
