Develop sales, inventory, and margin plans that support category financial goals and customer needs.
Build forecasts, manage buys, and maintain healthy inventory levels to balance service, demand, and productivity.
Lead open-to-buy planning and help optimize inventory investment across the category.
Monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve sales, margin, and inventory efficiency.
Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, Digital, Creative, Supply Chain, and vendor partners to execute category plans.
Support assortment planning by using historical trends, forecasts, pricing insights, and performance data to guide decisions.
Drive in-season reforecasting, markdown planning, and inventory actions to respond to changing business needs.
Maintain operational execution through vendor communication, item data accuracy, and support for important business processes.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in retail planning, forecasting, inventory management, financial planning, or financial analysis.
We prefer experience in direct-to-consumer retail and upscale assortments, including furniture.
Bachelor's degree in finance, merchandising, economics, business, statistics, or a related field
Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related planning, finance, or analytical systems.
Experience working with data management and planning systems.
