Quickly identify and address any instances of inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues as necessary. Provide assistance to players about chat moderation policies and guidelines. Keep thorough records of moderation actions and report any significant incidents effectively. Collaborate with other teams to enhance player experience and community engagement initiatives. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices. Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in online moderation, community management, or a similar role is advantageous. Strong familiarity with gaming culture and the dynamics of online communities. Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations. Detail-oriented and responsible in managing online content. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A genuine passion for gaming and a commitment to enhancing the community experience.
