End-to-End Management : Oversee the entire influencer marketing process, including planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Agency & Partner Management : Manage relationships with influencer marketing agencies, ensuring high-quality selection processes, effective negotiations (in collaboration with purchasing), and adherence to contract and payment terms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a central hub, tying together category teams (for consumer research and briefing), agencies, purchasing, and global teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Performance & Analytics : Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Innovation & Best Practices : Stay abreast of the latest influencer trends, tools, and platforms, incorporating learnings from other P&G markets and competitors to foster continuous improvement.
Governance & Compliance : Establish and enforce clear guidelines, processes, and standards for all influencer activities, ensuring full compliance with P&G policies, local regulations, and ethical marketing practices.

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)
Any higher education degree
Proven experience (2-4 years) in influencer marketing, preferably within a growing eCommerce-first company or a leading agency in Russia
Deep understanding of the Russian influencer landscape, platforms, analytical tools, and consumer behavior
Strong analytical skills and ability to gain actionable insights from data
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
