Use AI to create tools and pipeline to facilitate production
Lead a small team of Tech Artists
Write C# tools to enhance integration and create asset pipelines
Mediate between art and tech departments to ensure smooth and efficient asset integration
Implement UI and 2D assets into Unity canvas, and sprites
Importing and working with 3D assets and animations in Unity
Writing shaders in HLSL and/or shadergraph for feature development
Profile and optimize graphical , memory and CPU KPIs
Managing, maintaining and integrating assets into versioned asset repositories
Creating content with the internal Unity3d toolset: materials, animation controllers, particle systems, timeline sequences, cinematic content, lights and using third party plugins or internal tools
Supporting and documenting pipelines and best practices
Requirements
Team Leadership experience
Previous experience using Unity
Experience in UI / UX design
Knowledge of 2d illustration software such as Photoshop or Illustrator
Experience in mobile games
Knowledge in repository management, asset exporting/importing, optimizations, and pipeline creation
High level of English
AI tools experience
