Ideal Candidates will be Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English Well-structured and well organized Possesses strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets Extremely detail-oriented Have a proven history of meeting deadlines Role Details Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA) Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient Salary Range: 45,000-48,000 #DCXWorkFromHome Set-up Job Responsibilities Support Customer Projects from Start to Finish Assist with coordinating customer projects throughout the sales and fulfillment lifecycle. Help ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines remain on track. Participate in customer meetings, document key action items, and support follow-up activities. Provide responsive and professional communication to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Escalate risks, delays, or issues when appropriate to ensure smooth project execution. Assist with Quoting and Order Management Support the preparation and revision of customer quotes. Coordinate vendor pricing requests and track RFQs. Assist with purchase order processing and order tracking. Verify product availability, lead times, and pricing information before customer submission. Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules. Follow up on open orders and proactively monitor fulfillment status. Assist in resolving vendor-related issues that may impact customer timelines. Maintain documentation related to project requirements, product information, and customer standards. Maintain CRM and Project Documentation Keep customer, quote, and project information updated in Method CRM. Support reporting efforts by tracking project activity, order status, and customer updates. Help maintain accurate records and ensure visibility across stakeholders. Contribute ideas that improve team processes and operational efficiency. Additional Job Requirements Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, operations, logistics, customer success, or a related field. Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously. Relevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Project Manager. Industry experience Experience in data center infrastructure, telecommunications, low-voltage systems, IT hardware, construction supply, or related industries. Exposure to quoting, procurement, fulfillment, or vendor management processes. Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs), RFQs, purchase orders, or supply chain coordination.
