Crusher Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor portable crushing and screening equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Set up, tear down, and relocate the portable plant across sites throughout Southeast Pennsylvania.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Adjust plant settings and material flow to optimize product quality and throughput.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures while maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• What Are We Looking For
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate crushing/screening equipment safely and efficiently.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within SEPA and adapt to changing job sites.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and clear communication in a production environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications/licensing for equipment operation.
